Are EG001200JWJNK and EG001200JWJNQ interchangeable?
Yes. Both are HPE drive models shipped under option 872479-B21 and spare 872737-001, with the same capacity, speed and interface.

Does it include a drive tray?
Yes. It comes installed in an HPE SmartCarrier (SC) hot-plug tray, ready for an SFF drive bay.

What is the difference between 872479-B21 and 872737-001?
They are the same drive. 872479-B21 is HPE’s option (retail) part number, and 872737-001 is the spare (service) part number printed on many replacement drives.

Will it work in my ProLiant DL380 Gen9 or Gen10?
Yes. The DL380 Gen9 and Gen10 use SFF SmartCarrier bays, which this drive fits.

Will it work in a Gen11 server?
No. Gen11, Gen12, Gen10 Plus v2 and the DL360/DL380 Gen10 Plus use Basic Carrier (BC) trays, which this SmartCarrier drive does not fit.
