What is the difference between 765466-B21, 765873-001 and 765452-002?
They are the same 2TB 7.2K SAS drive. 765466-B21 is HPE’s option (retail) number, 765873-001 is the spare (service) number, and 765452-002 is the drive part number printed on the label.

What is a Midline drive used for?
Midline drives are built for high-capacity storage such as file servers, backups and archives, where capacity per dollar matters more than top speed.

Will it work in a Gen11 server?
No. Gen11, Gen12, Gen10 Plus v2 and the DL360/DL380 Gen10 Plus use Basic Carrier (BC) trays, which this SmartCarrier drive does not fit.
